It occurred to me that providing fine dining might not be enough to win your affections when it comes to your wedding catering. There’s just no point having a delicious, delectable feast cooked by yours truly, washed down with the equivalent to alcoholic drain unblocker…
So, to unravel your wine woes, I have developed an idea that makes it possible for you to get the finest wines (and dining) all in one place. I can’t call my catering ‘truly bespoke’ if you don’t get the option of sipping at all your favourite bottles alongside your scrumptious dinner.

Wine at Wedding Venues…
I also felt like this idea solved an age old problem that I like to call ‘shoddy wine at weddings’ Often wine is selected and provided by your venue (if there is a bar), at an added cost (which is often huge!)
This can be okay, but in the vast majority of cases, you won’t get to choose your own wines and may often end up being lumped with the standard house wine, regardless of your taste or your menu.
If your wedding venue do not know your menu, how can they know if their chosen wines will suit your food?! Here at Thomas the Caterer we have an extensive wine list to choose from to ensure it’s easy to match your delicious wedding food with quality, complimentary wines.

For all those having their wedding at a less conventional venue, without a bar, hiring a mobile bar may seem to be the way forward. But, again, you may have the same issues regarding run of the mill wines, not designed to suit your bespoke menu.
