A Bespoke Wedding Menu at The Mill Hoveringham
We served up a bespoke wedding menu for Steph and Liam, who celebrated their special day at The Mill. The menu was completely tailored to the couple and was delicious!
Canapés
The reception began with our chefs selection of canapés during cocktail hour. Canapés are perfect whilst guests are mingling and packed with flavour.
Bread
To begin the wedding breakfast we served up our homemade focaccia and raisin bread served with butter.
Starter
For a starter, Steph and Liam had a mini beef taco with black bean salsa, sour cream and smoked cheese.
The Main Event
Main course was a delicious butter-seared chicken supreme, with burnt butter carrot puree, potato galette, broad bean & thyme ragu with jus.
Dessert
For dessert, a classic – sticky toffee pudding, with caramelised pecans, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Evening Food
After a full day of celebrating, evening food is essential. Steph and Liam chose BBQ chicken skewer kebabs served with wraps and cabbage slaw, triple cooked chips and garlic mayonnaise.
