Lesa and Robert had some totally awesome ideas for their menu, on the cusp of late summer and early autumn when the Venison season is at its best could they have chose a better main course? I think not!

This couple had travelled extensively and eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world including Massimo Bottura’s restaurant Osteria Francescana, amongst others……. Yeah enough said!

with some of their favourites and a cheeky military themed dessert thrown in for good measure they loved every bit!

Venison Loin, Braised Red Cabbage, Roast Parsnip. Slow cooked Haunch Pie with Pipe it Yourself Mash. Red Currant Jus.
