Ah the hazy days of July!

Natalie and Johnny were all about Good Honest Food… frills but not too frilly they liked the food to be DELICIOUS but not over fussy that’s what I like too….. We got on well… still do!

Their menu looked something like this:

As canapés 

Crispy Olives with Yoghurt and Herb Puree

Seared Tuna, Wasabi Mayo and Rice Cracker
Smoked Duck and Pineapple Skewer

Beetroot and Goats Cheese Arancini

To Start

Antipasti served on the table on sharers

Salami, Parma Ham, Chorizo, Serrano Ham, Pickled Vegetables, Caper Berries, Calamari, Aioli, Grissini, Sun-blushed Tomato and Mozzarella and Rocket Salad Homemade Bread

The Main Meal

Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken, Aubergine Parmigiana, Roasted New Potatoes, Caprese and Avocado Salad, Rocket, Fig and Dolcelette, Green Beans, Shallot and Truffle Oil and Parmesan


Raspberry Parfait, Lemon Curd Crumble
