Thomas catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. The beef was cooked perfectly (medium-rare), I have never known mass catering done so well (usually chicken is the only safe choice!) The trio of deserts were beautiful and quite the talking point. Thank you for the fantastic work Thomas and team, you really helped make our wedding the incredible day it was.
