Michelle and kyle are based in the USA so most of their consultations were done over Skype which is always alit odd but Michelle had some fantastic ideas including probably the Best dessert idea ever taken from a street food truck she frequents in the States.. with the canapés nodding to their heritage of the uk (yorkshire puddings) their home in the USA (mac cheese ) and Michelles fathers heritage of Trinidad and Tobago (Shark and bake) this menu was totally them and it included a starter full of cheese what more could you ask for!
